Meet the Owner
A little information about the owner…
I am a registered dietitian and have my own private practice focusing on eating disorders (BED, anorexia nervosa, bulimia, orthorexia, ARFID), intuitive eating, and IBS/gut issues. I have worked with eating disorders for over 4 years since working at an eating disorder center, and has personal experience with living with IBS. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with my Bachelor’s in Food and Nutrition with an emphasis in Dietetics, and completed my dietetic internship through CSULB with a wide array of hands on experience in nutrition working at a variety of facilities (schools, restaurants, hospitals, recovery centers, etc). I have a passion for helping people recover a healthy relationship with food and bringing joy back to their life, along with providing nutrition education.

She coached and counciled me throughout the whole process and because of her, I am healthier and no longer experiencing IBS like symptoms.”
